Frequently asked questions
Can you really learn music by video call?
Yes. Singing, theory, piano and guitar adapt very well, and most instruments work with a good camera location. The important thing is that class be live and with monitoring. We tell you benefits and boundaries in [why take online music classes]](/blog/por-que-tomar-clases-de-musica-online).
What platform do they use?
A common video call from your phone, tablet or computer. Your teacher shares your link and, if necessary, helps you configure your audio before first class.
Do they serve for children?
Yes, with an adult close to first class to help with camera and care. Check out our guide to [accompanying your child in virtual classes]](/blog/como-acompanar-a-tu-hijo-en-clases-virtuales-de-musica).
Can I combine online and at home class?
If you live in and around Bogotá, yes: many families combine both formats by week. Check out our [home music classes in Bogotá]](/clases-de-musica-a-domicilio-bogota) and how hybrid classes work.
