What's different from a traditional selection company?
We are a music school: those who evaluate are teachers of music. That's why we measure what a generic process cannot see, as the technique, the ear and how to teach, with an audition and class shows.
Do you hire the teachers and send them to my institution?
No. We do not act as an employer or as a temporary service company. Your institution directly contracts his or her choice and we help you to find and evaluate him or her.
Do they have an inskills consultation for sexual crime?
We check public background with permission from the candidate, but the law assigns to the entity that contracts the consultation of inskills (Act 1918 of 2018 and Decree 753 of 2019). We explain how to do so in our verifications guide).
Do they work alone in Bogotá?
The face-to-face evaluations are in and around Bogotá. The audition, interview and class can also be performed by video call for institutions from other cities of Colombia.
